I'm One

Oh the last few weeks have been so exciting! I turned one. I don't know what that means but everyone is sure excited about it. And guess what? I had TWO birthday parties. Yup that's right two parties, two cakes, lots of presents and balloons, lots of balloons. Thursday, November 10th was my birthday. My Mummy and Daddy were sure excited when I woke up Thursday morning. They took me to the family room and there was a red fuzzy chair and colourful boxes. I was more interested in Mummy's brush though.

Thursday night was really exciting though...like I mentioned I had a party, I even sent out the email invitation to my party from my own email account! Almost everyone showed up for my party. Mummy and Daddy say that they couldn't have pulled a crowd as big as I did if it were their birthday. My friends Emilie, Jacob, Anna, Ella, Liam and Gemma came to the party. It was no nice we played together and dance to my favourite CD. My Daddy baked me a birthday cake. It was sure yummie I could have eaten it all night long.

HMMMMMMM CAKE......

My friends Liam and Gemma helped me out alot with opening presents. It's tough opening up presents. Maybe next year I'll get the hang of ripping open wrapping paper. I can practice at Christmas time too. I got lots of "little people" for my birthday. My parents are complaining about it because they keep stepping on them. I think they should be watching their step and stop blaming the little people for being in the way.

On Friday I went to St. Catharines. That's where my Grandma and Grandad Tinkler live. They threw me my second birthday party. My Grandma and cousin Benten baked me my second birthday cake. Doesn't it look delicious?

I had more candles to blow out....

And more presents to open..... with a little help from my cousins

Well that was one busy weekend! To finish it off I got to visit with my friend Olivia in Toronto. We went for coffee at Timothy's and we danced together at "Stitches". I'm such a party animal! Stay tuned for my next update.
